The RAC Graduate Program is a great program which offers a small number of participants the opportunity to develop their skills and nuture a career within the RAC business.
This is a two-year rotational program where graduates complete four six-month rotations within a selection of our business units and divisions.
At the RAC we are committed to nurturing our employee talent. The aim of the program is to enable the graduate to build critical business skills and allow opportunities where the graduate can nourish and own their career development choices.
