RAC's Graduate Recruitment and Development Program is aimed at attracting talented graduates and ensuring the RAC continues to employ the best people available.
This program is unique in that our graduates have the opportunity to work in every facet of our diverse organisation over a two-year period.

The graduate program is part of our overall people strategy by complementing other programs we offer for employees to better their skill base and career opportunities.
We are currently in the process of reviewing our Graduate Program and as such, there will be no Graduate intake for 2013.
