Financial Ombudsman Service
(Insurance and Finance Related Disputes)
The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent national service aimed at resolving disputes between policy holders and their insurance companies, or uninsured claimants who have a dispute with another person’s insurance company in relation to motor vehicle or property damage.
The Financial Ombudsman Service also aims to resolve disputes between account holders and their financial institutions.
The Service is provided free of charge and conditions apply to third party claims.
