We have introduced the Member Voice Award to recognise and acknowledge RAC people who go above and beyond to provide our members with exceptional service.
RAC people who are nominated for providing outstanding service will be considered for the award, which will be presented in August each year. If you have had an outstanding service experience with the RAC we would love to hear from you.
Anyone can nominate an RAC employee for the Member Voice Award.

Congratulations to Tony Dropulich, the winner of the 2011 Member Voice Award.
Tony, a senior patrol driver, rescued two ladies who were stuck in a car park at dusk due to a flat tyre. Both ladies found Tony very helpful, enthusiastic and sincere. Tony not only fixed the problem but gave them advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Tony went beyond the call of duty by speaking with the car park attendant to ensure that they weren’t charged for the duration of the breakdown.
