The RAC supports Louis Palmer's world 'Solar Taxi' tour

The RAC, in conjunction with the WA Sustainable Energy Association (WA SEA), is proud to sponsor the visit to Perth of Swiss adventurer Louis Palmer as he tours the globe in his "Solar Taxi". Louis left Switzerland in July 2007 and has travelled half way round the world in his solar powered car demonstrating the latest solar technologies.
The RAC is concerned about reducing the impact of private vehicle use on the environment and encourages any technology that has the potential to reduce greenhouse emissions. Solar power has this potential and the RAC is sponsoring this visit to showcase the technology.
The WA SEA invite RAC members to attend a breakfast and meet Louis Palmer and his team and experience the Solar Taxi.
