RAC Box Office terms and conditions
Ticket prices
- All ticket prices are inclusive of GST
- Payment for online purchases is not processed at the time of order so a receipt is not provided online. Receipts accompany the tickets.
- Where Registered postage is chosen, a postage charge of $3.50 will be added.
Delivery of tickets
On-line: Tickets will be dispatched by post when an online purchase is made seven or more days before the event date. If a ticket purchase is made where there is not sufficient time for postage (ie: less than the minimum of 7 days) tickets will not be mailed to the address supplied. However, they may be collected from the West Perth Member Service Centre at 832 Wellington Street.
RAC Member Service Centres: Movie tickets are available for purchase through all RAC Member Service Centres. Other tickets must be purchased on line. Movie tickets are not available at RAC Auto Service Centres.
Registered Post: If you do not receive your tickets within 10 working days, please check with your local Australia Post office. If they are not being held at your local post office, then please contact RAC on 9436 4483.
Regular Post: Members choose regular post at their own risk. If tickets are lost or stolen the RAC is not responsible for replacing the tickets.
