RAC Finance will contact you within 7 working hours to confirm the outcome of your application and, if approved what supporting documentation is required. (e.g. payslips, car registration, identification, car insurance etc.).
3. Submit supporting documentation to RAC Finance via email, fax or at your local Member Service Centre.
RAC Finance prepares loan documents.
You will receive a call from your selected Member Service Centre to be advised that the loan documents have arrived for signing.
4. Visit the Member Service Centre to be identified (drivers licence, passport, credit cards etc.), sign documents and be issued with the loan proceeds cheque if you have chosen a cheque as your preferred method of payment.
5. RAC Finance settles the loan. If you are to receive the loan proceeds via EFT, funds will be available within 24 to 48 working hours of document signing.
