What happens if my gift card or ticket is lost, stolen, damaged or goes unused?
Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for lost, stolen, damaged or unused gift cards or tickets. Gift cards are preloaded with value, and as such, should be treated as cash.
What if I change my mind after I have placed an order online?
Unfortunately your purchase cannot be cancelled. We ask that you are sure of your intended purchase before proceeding to order.
Can I exchange my gift card or ticket for cash?
No. Tickets and gift cards are non-exchangeable.
Can I pick up my online order from an RAC Member Service Centre?
No. Maps and guides, tickets and gift cards ordered online can only be received by post.
How will my purchase be delivered?
Delivery will be by regular post. Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 working days from the date of purchase online. If regular post is not your preferred option, or you require a gift card or ticket earlier than the expected delivery date, please visit an RAC Member Service Centre*. Not all items in the online shop are available in Member Service Centres.
Should you purchase an e-voucher, your ticket will be emailed to you. You will need to print this ticket prior to using it. Tickets downloaded to phones will not be accepted.
If I buy an e-voucher can I download it to my phone and use this instead of printing the ticket?
No. If you purchase an e-voucher you must print it out or it is not valid. The supplier will not accept a display on a phone.
Will I receive a receipt after placing an order online?
A receipt will automatically be provided for you to print for your records. If you purchase an e-voucher this receipt is not your e-voucher. Please wait an additional 5 minutes for your e-voucher to be emailed to you.
Can I order gift cards, movie tickets or maps by post, phone, email or fax?
Gift cards and movie tickets are only available online through the RAC website or by visiting an RAC Member Service Centre*.
Maps and guides can be ordered through the RAC online shop, by visiting an RAC Member Service Centre, by phone on 08 9436 4840, email, or by post to RAC Travel, 832 Wellington St., West Perth, 6005.
* Not all items in the online shop are available in Member Service Centres. Please note Luna Cinema, Shakespeare in the Park & Adventure World tickets are not available from Member Service Centres. Myer Gift Cards are available from Morley, West Perth and Carousel Member Service Centres only. Please call 13 17 03 for details on your closest Member Service Centre.

What is a WISH Gift Card?
The WISH Gift Card is a brand of gift cards issued by Woolworths Limited. The gift card can be used in the following participating retailers:

How many orders can I place?
Members can place one order per day to a maximum value of $500 and are limited to one card per order.
When do the WISH Gift Cards expire?
The WISH Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date the RAC purchases them from Woolworths Limited. Remaining card validity sent to members can range between 6 months to 12 months.
Where can I use the WISH Gift Card?
The gift card can be used in the following participating retailers:

The gift cards are not accepted at Caltex (only) petrol stations. The WISH Gift Card is accepted at CALTEX-WOOLWORTHS co-branded fuel outlets. Can I just show my RAC membership card at the participating retailers to receive the discount?
No. Members must pre-purchase the discounted WISH Gift Cards online from the RAC website or through an RAC Member Service Centre. These can then be used as a form of payment when purchasing at Woolworths, BigW and CALTEX-WOOLWORTHS co-branded fuel outlets.
Can I withdraw money from my WISH Gift Card?
No, you cannot withdraw money from the card.
How can I pay for an WISH Gift Card online?
Payment can only be made via Visa or MasterCard credit card.
Is GST included in the price of the WISH Gift Card?
GST does not apply on the purchase of the card however GST applies on the purchase of goods when using the WISH Gift Card for payment.
What if my card gets damaged?
If your card is damaged you need to contact Woolworths to organise a replacement.

How do I use the WISH Gift Card?
When making a purchase in participating stores, simply present the WISH Gift Card at time of purchase. The purchase amount will then be deducted from the balance of the WISH Gift Card. If the purchase exceeds the balance on the WISH Gift Card you will need to pay the difference.
What do I do if the WISH Gift Card is swiped in the EFTPOS terminal and a message stating 'Bad Read' appears?
It may be the magnetic strip on the rear of the card that has become demagnetised. To arrange a replacement card contact Woolworths.
Can I check the balance that is left on the WISH Gift Cards?
Yes, you can go online, call 1300 665 249 or visit a Woolworths store.
Can I top up credit onto the WISH Gift Card?
No. The used card must be discarded and a new gift card will have to be purchased.
What happens if I do not spend all the whole value of the WISH Gift Card in one transaction?
Not a problem, the value of the purchase will simply be deducted from the value of the card, leaving the remaining balance for use for a later date.
Can I still use the 4-cent shop-a-docket/Everyday Rewards card and still pay for my fuel with the WISH Gift Card?
Members get 5% off the WISH Gift Card from the RAC. The card can then be used as a payment method in conjunction with the 4-cent shop-a-docket.
Can I use more than one WISH Gift Card in one purchase?
Yes, in the majority of participating stores more than one WISH Gift Card can be used.
About the tickets
What are the discounted Movie Tickets?
The movie tickets are pre-purchased by the RAC and sold at a discounted price to members. The tickets can be used only at the relative cinema and are valid for use throughout Australia.
How many orders can I place?
Members can place one order per day, with a minimum of two to a maximum of twenty tickets.
Are there restrictions on when I can use the Movie Tickets?
Yes,
1. Greater Union tickets can not be used on Saturdays after 5pm.
2. Hoyts e-vouchers have a number of different options to purchase from. Restrictions are outlined on the product page. Please read carefully what ticket type you have selected prior to purchase.
3. Luna Cinema tickets are not redeemable for live performances or Film Festivals such as the Italian or French Film Festivals.
Do all the cinemas accept the Movie Tickets?
Grand Bunbury is the only cinema that does NOT accept Movie Masters tickets.
When do the Movie Tickets expire?
Posted movie tickets expire 6 to 9 months from the date the RAC purchases them from the cinemas. Remaining validity sent to Members may range between 2 months to 9 months.
Hoyts e-vouchers have 4-5 months expiry remaining once purchased by the member.
If I buy an e-voucher can I download it to my phone and use this instead of printing the ticket?

The Myer Gift Card is a brand of gift cards issued by Myer Pty Ltd. The gift card can be used in all participating Myer stores (excluding online purchases)
How many orders can I place?
Members can place orders up to a maximum of $5000 per annum.
When do the Myer Gift Cards expire?
Expiry of Myer Gift Cards can be expected to be between 6-12 months once received by the member.
Where can I use the Myer Gift Card?
All participating Myer stores accept Myer Gift Cards. Please note these cards are not Coles/Myer gift cards
The Myer Gift Cards cannot be used at the Myer online shop.
