As a recent arrival from the UK, Andy was initially shocked at the response to his new RAC Auto Services uniform. "People would just smile when they see the logo, it's like you're a superhero when it comes to cars," he grins.

He's a little more modest about the work he performs at the Osborne Park garage, where the idea of an honest day's work for a fair price is anything but old-fashioned. "At the end of the day, it's win-win," he explains. "I feel good about giving the customer the best service, and they want to come back again and again." It's this philosophy that ensures every car is serviced with care at all RAC Auto Services centres.

Having worked at many auto mechanics in Perth, Daniel knows all too well the pitfalls of the automotive industry. "If you take shortcuts and overcharge, you're only hurting your business," he explains.
