How long have you been a travel agent? Well over 30 years; I've seen many changes!

Celebrating: I am currently celebrating my 18th year with RAC Travel (incorporating West Travel - RAC Travel took over management of this company in 2000).

History: Prior to my time with West Travel and RAC Travel, I worked with WAGR group travel, Wesfarmers Travel and then PBS (Perth Building Society) Travel before they became Challenge Bank Travel.

Which countries have you visited? I have been fortunate and my many years of travel experience have enabled me to travel to most of the countries in the world. I have escorted group tours to countries such as China, India and Sri Lanka.

Favourite holiday destination: Cruising is one of my personal favourites - and it's my holiday of choice when I take leave. I am currently head of our RAC Travel cruising division; which is a fantastic opportunity to work in an area that I'm passionate about.

Which holiday destinations do you love to sell? South Africa, Thailand, United Kingdom (where I'm from).

What is your best travel advice? Don't plan your holiday so that you're doing something every day; take it easy and leave room for 'time out'.

Favourite holiday destination: Bali.

Which countries have you visited? Botswana, Namibia, Mauritius, Germany, Austria, Italy, Czech Republic, Indonesia (Bali), Argentina.

Your ultimate travel experience: Botswana – I was there as a volunteer and helped to finish off a day care centre. It was a wonderful and humbling experience.

Where would you like to visit next? Argentina – I would like to sit in a café and drink Mate (their international drink).

Which holiday destinations do you love to sell? All – I find each country has a uniqueness and hidden secrets that each traveller gets to explore.

What is your best travel advice? Always pack bathers and a wrap in your hand luggage. If your luggage is late getting to you, you can still go for a swim!

Your ultimate travel experience: I won a holiday flying business class on Singapore Airlines to New York, staying five nights at the Ritz Carlton plus limosine transfers – it was sensational!

Your ultimate travel experience: It's hard to beat the luxury of a European river cruise! But I equally love the adrenalin of New York City. Or sitting on a white sand beach in Tahiti, watching the sun set over clear blue water...

Where would you like to visit next? Canada or the Maldives.

Which holiday destinations do you love to sell? Multi-destinations in Europe.

What is your best travel advice? Be flexible and don't sweat the small stuff; travel can be full of surprises. Soak up every moment because your time away will pass so quickly.

What is your best travel advice? Be adaptable. Things will often crop up when you're away and it's how you deal with these things that will make or break your holiday. Some of the best holiday memories come from unexpected situations.

What is your best travel advice? Always pack your camera and a USB drive to store your photos. Make sure you take copies of your passport.
