Online Recruitment System Unavailable

The online recruitment service we use is currently unavailable due to a data security incident experienced by our third party supplier, PageUp. A number of organisations have been affected by this.

RAC has suspended use of the PageUp system while we seek further information from PageUp about any potential impacts. We are also conducting our own investigations. Our use of the PageUp system will remain suspended while investigations are ongoing.

We encourage people who may have provided their personal information to RAC (including RAC Insurance) in the context of a job application since October 2017 to be vigilant in monitoring any potential misuse of their information (as people generally should be in any event).

RAC takes data security very seriously and we will be providing further updates as part of our ongoing investigations.

Page Up is an Australian company who provide HR Software systems and is one of the largest recruitment system providers in Australia.

Submitting applications

How do I currently apply for a role?

Please submit your applications including a cover letter to recruitment@rac.com.au. We are working through a new process. As soon as this is operational, we will resume advertising vacant roles.

Applications in progress

If I have an application in progress what will happen?
