What happens if I change my mind and want to cancel the policy?

You have 21 days from the date of issue of this policy (as shown on your Certificate of Insurance) to make sure this is the right policy for you, provided you have not started your trip and that you do not want to make a claim or exercise any other right under this policy. Simply advise us either by phone or by email if you wish to cancel your policy and we will give you a full refund. You may cancel your policy, outside the 21-day cooling off period, provided you have not begun your trip and you do not wish to make a claim or exercise any other right under the policy. A cancellation fee of 10% may be deducted from your refund in this case.
