We have taken a range of steps to maintain our services to you and ensure we can still help with your home repair and maintenance needs.
Our trade specialists are following the latest hygiene advice including waving hello instead of shaking hands on arrival and practicing safe distancing. In addition, we have implemented some screening questions which will be asked when you call us, and when our trade specialists attend your home.
By applying these measures, we will help slow the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of everyone.
Booking a repair or maintenance service
We are still providing emergency service and repairs, but we encourage you to follow Government advice and if possible, re-book any non-urgent or non-essential services to a later date.
As a result not all preferred booking dates will be met. We are currently experiencing a backlog of requests and will try our best to arrange your booking for your preferred date and time however we must also ensure we adhere to government restrictions and public health advice. If we are unable to make your booking window, we will make contact with you to arrange a different date and time which suit you.
