Voting for the number one position on is heating up as contenders jostle for a chance at the top spot.

The frenzy of voting activity on the site has led to surprising movement among the lowest ranked destinations and has ensured that the number one position does not remain static for long.

Kings Park has slipped out of the top 10 and is now competing with the Bungle Bungle Range (Purnululu National Park) for the chance to make it back into the top ranks.

El Questro and perpetual hot spot Cable Beach are suffering, having dropped to numbers 13 and 15.

Sizzling newcomers to the top ten include the Shark Bay Heritage Precinct, the Sunset Coast and Green's Pool and the Elephant Rocks. All of these destinations have been in and out of the top 5 over the last week.

The Cape to Cape Walk Track has struck through to the top 15 and is closely followed by the increasing popularity of Fremantle (18).

Further back in the pack, Surfing has made some leaps and bounds to number 23 and Mount Augustus National Park has managed to career through to number 38.

Other movers and shakers include the Kodja Place (46), the Gormley Statues at Lake Ballard (39) and Cervantes and the Pinnacles (36).
