Australia’s Best Cars is the biggest independent new car assessment initiative in Australia.
Over 12 months, RAC, in conjunction with auto clubs from across the country, evaluated more than 150 new cars available on the Australian market in 2018 across a range of popular categories to come up with 15 of the best.
Our judging criteria included safety, affordability, driveability, build quality, depreciation, fuel consumption and insurance costs, plus a number of other performance measures.
