Australia’s Best Cars is the biggest independent new car assessment initiative in Australia.
Over 12 months, RAC, in conjunction with auto clubs from across the country, evaluated more than 130 new cars available on the Australian market in 2019 across a range of popular categories to come up with 13 of the best.
Our judging criteria included safety, affordability, driveability, build quality, depreciation, fuel consumption and insurance costs, plus a number of other performance measures.
