What's involved?

This course is all about supporting you to grow your confidence, unearth your leadership style and use your strength to work alongside others. With sessions designed and co-delivered with Leadership WA, we will help you build on your leadership strength whilst staying true to who you are.

What to expect

RAC Ignite isn’t about sitting back and listening. We keep things interactive, hands-on and engaging, so you'll be involved every step of the way. Here's what you can expect:

• Meet and learn from inspiring leaders
• Talk about real issues shaping WA
• Take part in interactive activities and group challenges that add value
• Explore challenges about road safety, sustainability and community connection
• Build confidence sharing your ideas and making your voice heard
• Catering to keep you energised throughout each session

Through these experiences, you’ll build a stronger understanding of how your leadership can help make WA better and the role you can play in helping people move around safely, more sustainably and feel more connected to their local communities.
