While participating in this project, I consent to the following:

I verify that my child is between 15 to 17 years of age.
I/my child consents to being contacted by RAC and Youth Leadership Academy Australia for the purpose of this project.
I consent for my child to be included in photography and videos that are taken by RAC on the day, and I consent for RAC to use the photographs and video content of them in RAC advertising or promotional materials.
I acknowledge that my child is participating on a volunteer basis without any pay or compensation of any kind on behalf of RAC or RAC’s project partners.
My child agrees to participate in all activities in a safe and reasonable manner and will follow the instructions of workshop facilitators.
My child understands that all activities are undertaken at their own risk.
