If you’ve ever dreamed of being a chocolatier, The Margaret River Chocolate Company is now making that dream deliciously achievable. The beloved chocolate destination is now offering hands-on chocolate making classes, designed for kids and adults to enjoy together, where creativity and indulgence go hand in hand.

Available at the Swan Valley and Meticup venues, the one-hour sessions invite participants to craft their own chocolate treats under the guidance of the company’s industry-leading Head Chocolatier. From personalised giant freckles to a 12-piece set of chocolate swans and a custom 100g chocolate bar, it’s your choice to take home or enjoy straight away. Observers can watch creations come to life through a showroom viewing window, adding an extra dash of magic to the experience.

The classes are designed for all ages; children as young as six can join the Junior Chocolatier Class, while older kids and adults can take part in the Bespoke Chocolatier Class. Younger children under six are welcome if accompanied by a paying parent or guardian, making it a truly family-friendly outing.

The Margaret River Chocolate Company says the sessions are all about inspiring creativity and building confidence in young makers.

The classes continue the company’s tradition of sweet innovation, joining much-loved events such as the annual Rocky Road Festival, Hot Chocolate Extravaganza, and a steady stream of new creations.

Prices start at $58.50 for the Junior Class and $75 for the Bespoke Class, offering an hour of edible creativity and memorable hands-on experience.

Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway, a school holiday treat, or just a fun detour on a Swan Valley day trip, these chocolate-making classes are the perfect excuse to taste, create, and discover a little sweet magic in Western Australia. From little hands to grown-up ones, step inside and craft chocolate memory with whole family will savour.
