If your "must-visit" list keeps getting longer, trust us, you're not alone. Perth has welcomed another impressive line-up of new openings, with everything from artisan bakeries and specialty cafés to destination restaurants, wine bars and breweries.

1. Patisserie Bleu, Leeming

Some bakeries specialise in doing one thing exceptionally well, Patisserie Bleu somehow manages two. French pastry techniques meet Japanese baking, filling cabinets with buttery shio pan, pillowy brioche scrolls and beautifully crafted pastries.

A large white storefront sign reads "Patisserie BLEU" in bold blue lettering inside a thin blue border. To the left of the text, a blue line illustration features a man, a dog, a woman, and a cat, all depicted drinking from mugs or holding treats. The sign is mounted on an outdoor building awning against a clear, bright sky.

2. Cub, Nedlands

From the team behind Little Lion Coffee at Perth Children's Hospital comes Cub. This thoughtfully designed neighbourhood café is centred around an open production kitchen that keeps the pastry cabinet stocked throughout the day.

An outdoor cafe storefront named "CUB" features a large red and cream vertically striped umbrella shading a small wooden table. The name "CUB" is mounted in large, dark red block letters on a painted white brick wall to the left. Underneath the umbrella, potted green plants stand near a glass window and door that reveal a glimpse of the cafe's indoor counter and coffee equipment.

3. BANGLA, South Perth

Hidden beneath the beautifully restored 1908 South Perth Police Station, Bangla brings bold, modern Asian flavours to one of Perth's most unique dining spaces. Inspired by some of Asia's most vibrant food districts, the share-style menu pairs inventive cooking with a setting that's every bit as memorable.

4. Landing 7, Chittering

Chittering locals have a new spot to call their own, and it's well worth the drive for everyone else too. Landing 7 brings together a cafe, restaurant and bar with a plane-themed playground for the kids and a boutique stocked with Australian-made gifts.

5. Convivio Wine Bar, Scarborough

Neighbourhood wine bars are having a moment, and Convivio feels like the one Scarborough has been waiting for. Warm, welcoming and distinctly Italian, it pairs a thoughtful wine list with comforting dishes made for long, leisurely evenings.

A dimly lit, bustling restaurant interior shows patrons seated at tables and along a wooden bar counter. Multiple rows of wine bottles line open backlit shelves against a white brick wall behind the bar. In the foreground, people sit at small dining tables, while olive tree branches frame the left side of the view.

6. Stereo Stereo, Morley

The team behind Smooth Operator, Howard’s Groove and Twin Peaks Coffee Roasters, Stereo Stereo serves exceptional coffee roasted just metres away, alongside house-made toasties and a rotating selection of pastries from some of Perth's best bakeries.

7. T.O.T.O, Perth CBD

It's not every day you have breakfast inside a former Taxation Office. T.O.T.O has transformed the beautifully restored heritage building into an elegant all-day dining destination, serving flaky pastries, expertly brewed coffee and handcrafted desserts.

A dark green menu binder stands upright on a dark table next to a small amber glass vase holding tiny pink flowers. The front of the binder features a silver logo showing a building illustration inside a circle, above the text "T.O.T.O" and the subtitle "THE OLD TAX OFFICE."

8. Roly Poly Baking, Gooseberry Hill

Every drive through the Perth Hills feels like it should include a bakery stop. Roly Poly Baking serves handcrafted breads, beautifully laminated pastries and plenty of fresh-from-the-oven favourites. Pick up a few treats before spending the day exploring the hills.

9. Cuccini Gelato, Fremantle

A walk through Freo and a scoop of gelato have always gone hand in hand. The family behind Cuccini has expanded once again, opening a fourth store just in time for sunny afternoons by the coast. Handcrafted Italian-style gelato is made in small batches, with a mix of classic favourites and seasonal specials to choose from.

A close-up shot of the exterior storefront of Cuccini Gelato, featuring a rustic stone and red brick facade. A white rectangular sign with orange lettering displays the name "CUCCINI GELATO." Below it, a vertical orange sign showcases a stylized cream-colored "CG" logo. Green olive branches frame the top and left sides of the shop's glass doors and windows.

10. Corso Francia, Como

Early mornings are already paying off at Corso Francia, where locals line up for Italian-style pastries fresh from the oven. Filled cornetti, buttery croissants and expertly made espresso combine to create a little slice of Italy on Lockhart Street.

11. Teddy n Co, South Perth

If you needed an excuse to embrace your inner child, this is it. Teddy n Co has transformed a South Perth corner into a whimsical wonderland complete with oversized teddy bears, indulgent desserts and creative drinks that are almost too cute to eat. Their adorable baby croc waffles are quickly becoming the star of the menu.

A brightly lit cafe interior features a pink ceiling and is heavily decorated with plush teddy bears of various sizes hanging from above and mounted on walls. Wooden dining tables and modern chairs are spread across the polished gray floor, leading toward a service counter with a pastry display case in the background. A giant teddy bear dominates the right foreground, while a plush bear-shaped chair sits near the centre.

12. Anglesea, Fremantle

Anglesea brings modern Australian cooking with Japanese and Korean influences to a stylish new Fremantle dining room. Seasonal produce, thoughtful flavours and beautifully presented dishes make it a welcome addition to Freo's ever-evolving food scene.

13. Suzys, Hillarys

Bright, relaxed and perfectly suited to its coastal surroundings, Suzys serves quality coffee, fresh brunch dishes and house-made baked treats just moments from the water. If your weekends usually begin with breakfast out, this one deserves a spot on the rotation.

14. Croff Bakehouse, West Leederville

Already renowned for its flaky croissants and pillowy shokupan, Croff Bakehouse has expanded once again with a new West Leederville location. Buttery pastries, beautifully baked bread and a cabinet full of sweet temptations continue to draw the crowds.

The exterior of a modern bakery named "CROFF BAKEHOUSE" features a white brick building with a large white awning and expansive glass windows. Customers wait in a line along the outdoor brick pavement next to an open service window, while a few patrons are visible seated inside the bright, minimalist dining area.

15. Holmes, Shenton Park

Proof that great cafés don't need an overcomplicated menu, Holmes focuses on doing the essentials exceptionally well. Micrology coffee, pastries from Knead Bread & Coffee and house-made granola headline the offering, all served in a cosy neighbourhood space that's fast becoming a local favourite.

16. Long Point Brewing Co, Port Kennedy

Port Kennedy's newest brewery is giving locals another reason to head south, pouring small-batch beers in a spacious venue just minutes from the beach. Grab a tasting paddle, order a pizza and settle in for an afternoon that naturally rolls into sunset.

17. Bardo, York

Housed inside a beautifully restored 1887 bootmaker’s emporium, Bardo pairs quality food and drink with a warm, creative community space celebrating local artists, workshops and meaningful connections. Menu highlights include golden Reuben toasties and peanut butter & choc chip banana bread.

A brightly lit cafe counter featuring a long wooden countertop backed by a dark blue tiled backsplash. Open wooden shelving mounted on the white wall behind the counter holds rows of drinking glasses, stacks of ceramic cups, small framed pictures, and an espresso machine with paper cups stacked on top. Two large, glowing spherical paper lantern lights hang from the ceiling. On the left side of the counter, a person with long hair is captured in motion blur while working behind the bar.

18. Cold Foam, Northbridge

Proof that it's never too early to back your big ideas. Opened by an 18-year-old with a passion for coffee, Cold Foam puts its own spin on the cafe scene with creative signature cold foam drinks, quality brews and a space designed to bring people together.

19. Little Valley Bakehouse, Swan Valley

If the Swan Valley wasn't already dangerous enough for anyone who loves good food, Little Valley Bakehouse is about to make it even harder to leave empty-handed. The soon-to-open, family-run bakery will specialise in naturally fermented sourdough, handcrafted pastries and quality coffee, all made in small batches.

An overhead shot shows six square puff pastry danishes arranged in two rows of three on a wooden surface. Each pastry has a golden-brown, flaky crust dusted with powdered sugar, creating a square border around a center filling of pale yellow custard. Nestled inside the custard of each danish are three fresh berries, including a mix of deep blue blueberries, red raspberries, and dark blackberries.

20. Brabham Hotel, Brabham

One of Perth's fastest-growing suburbs is about to gain a new local. Opening soon, Brabham Hotel will bring together a modern bistro, a spacious beer garden, and family-friendly play areas.
