While plenty of saunas have been popping up across Perth in recent years, none have taken to the water...until now.
Drift Saunas will open its sustainably-heated floating sauna at the Swan Yacht Club in East Fremantle on August 29.
The one-of-a-kind floating wellness experience will welcome up to 10 guests at a time for a contrast therapy session, working up a sweat in the sauna before braving a cold plunge into the Swan River or an ice shower on deck.
Anchored just offshore, sauna-goers can relax, drift and recover while enjoying sweeping views of the river, nearby moored boats, and the leafy parklands and homes of Mosman Park across the bay.
The new addition is expected to make the East Fremantle foreshore an even bigger drawcard in summer.
Already loved for its boating scene, playgrounds, cafes, open green spaces, and dog-friendly areas, the precinct will now offer a unique wellness experience unlike anything else in Perth.
Drift Saunas will open on Friday 29 August and bookings are now open.
