Pull on your boots, the Swan Valley Show is making its debut on Saturday 23 May 2026, bringing a lively, modern spin to the traditional country show just a short drive from Perth.
Set against the rolling surrounds of the WA State Equestrian Centre, the event will turn the grounds into a large-scale outdoor show space, combining traditional show elements with a modern line-up of entertainment, food and family-friendly experiences.
Across the day, visitors can expect everything from amusement rides and show bags to live entertainment and line dancing, alongside high-energy motorbike stunts and monster truck rides. Championship showjumping will also be on display, highlighting the venue’s equestrian roots.
Beyond the arena, visitors can explore a series of market stalls featuring local makers and producers from across the Swan Valley, while food trucks and a licensed bar area offer plenty of options to settle in and stay awhile. For younger visitors, the animal farm provides a hands-on way to get up close with some familiar farmyard favourites.
Footy fans can also catch the AFL clash between Collingwood and West Coast on the big screen throughout the day.
Presented by the City of Swan, the event marks a new addition to the region’s events calendar, one designed to celebrate the character of the Swan Valley.
