Take a break on your way to Leavers

To help make that easier, RAC Ignite has teamed up with Miami Bakehouse to offer a free sausage roll to students heading to and from Leavers.

Leavers is all about celebrating and making memories with your friends, but being behind the wheel is often a first for many heading south. Long hours behind the wheel can cause fatigue, one of the leading causes of road crashes. Planning for regular breaks can help keep you and your friends safe.

How to claim your free snack

Simply show your student ID at participating Miami Bakehouse locations to claim your free classic sausage roll* (vegetarian option available):

• Heading to Leavers? Stop at Miami Bakehouse Southbound on Sunday 23 November 2025.
• Heading home? Visit Miami Bakehouse Myalup or Northbound on Friday 28 or Saturday 29 November 2025.

 RAC Patrols on site

To make your journey even smoother, there’ll be an RAC patrol vehicle set up at Miami Bakehouse Myalup from 11am–1pm on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 November. Patrols will be offering free tyre checks, oil and battery health tests, and answering any questions about your car to make sure you get home safely.

Whether you’re the driver or joining the ride, make sure you’ve got a plan to keep your trip safe and stress-free. Taking breaks, sharing the drive, and looking out for each other helps everyone enjoy Leavers and make it home safely.
