We’re calling for young people to lead this project through a series of workshops

All workshops run from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The launch party time will be announced soon. You’re welcome to attend any or all sessions. We hope to see you there!

Parent/Legal Guardian information

We require Parental/Legal Guardian consent for people under the age of 18 to participate. Please note that the activities are not open to participants under the age of 15.

  • I declare that I am 18 years or older, OR
  • I verify that my child is at least 15 years of age.
  • I/my child consents to being contacted by RAC for the purpose of this project.
  • I consent for me/my child to be included in photographs and videos that are taken by RAC on the day, and I consent for RAC to use the photographs and video content of them in RAC advertising or promotional materials
  • I acknowledge that I/my child is participating on a volunteer basis without any pay or compensation of any kind on behalf of RAC or RAC’s project partners.
  • I/my child agrees to participate in all activities in a safe and reasonable manner and will follow the instructions of workshop facilitators.
  • I/my child understand/s that all activities are undertaken at my/their own risk.

RAC collects, stores and uses personal information in line with our Privacy Policy available on our website at rac.com.au/privacy. Please note that the personal details provided in this form will be passed onto the other Project Partners mentioned above, for the specific purpose of delivering the Project and in the case of emergency or cancellation relating to this activity.
