With more and more Perth homes and streets transforming into ghoulish wonderlands each Halloween, you can be sure this year will be bigger and better than ever.
As well as delighting the kids, it’s a chance for families to hit the pavement together and connect with others in their local community.
Now's the time to start planning your trick or treat tour, to make sure you take in some of the best-dressed spooky homes and streets.

“Foxton Boulevard, High Wycombe. Fronts a park. Lots of houses involved.”
“Lyndhurst Street, Dianella - well organised and longstanding.”
“Dianella around Cygnet Street and surrounding streets. Good for kids, plenty of participants, great decorations, quiet streets.”
“Barker Drive in Duncraig. Lots of houses that offer trick or treat. Has become a regular Duncraig spot and is very popular. Plenty of houses that participate.”
“Some streets in Mt Lawley near Perth College and North Street with multiple decorated houses and seems that there is trick-or-treating arranged on the FB group.”
“Bayswater goes all out, particularly around the Bayswater Anglican Church.”
“Bridson Street in Bassendean (towards the West Road T-junction) is a fantastic place to visit. The houses are decorated with huge Halloween figures and lights, and it really is a marvellous spectacle. Great fun for all the family.”

“Woodlands Street and Teakwood Avenue Woodlands and Hawthorne Avenue Gwelup. These streets are known for their festive decorations and active participation in Halloween celebrations.”
“Pascoe Street in Karrinyup is the best trick or treating location as all of the residents embrace it in a fun way, making it a fun evening for families which brings the whole community together.”
“Ballajura has a number of streets that are Halloween-friendly and one of them is Southpointe Crescent in the Lakes Estate. Many of the houses there are all dressed up with spooky themes and creepy lighting to entertain and challenge.”
“Poynter Drive, Duncraig is getting more involved and with a primary school in same street there are plenty of eager beavers to please.”
“Mayfair Street in Mt Claremont. Everyone gets involved and it is a cul-de sac which makes it relatively safe for families.”
“Waverley Estate in Ellenbrook is known to be one of the best streets for trick-or-treating due to its welcoming community spirit and safe environment. The well-lit streets and sidewalks make it easy for children to navigate from house to house, while the residents are known for their festive decorations and generous candy offerings. Families in Waverley Estate often go above and beyond to create a spooky and fun atmosphere, making it a favourite destination for trick-or-treaters. With a strong sense of community and a reputation for being kid-friendly, Waverley Estate in Ellenbrook is definitely a top choice for Halloween fun.”
