A new family-run bakehouse is preparing to open its doors in the Swan Valley, with Little Valley Bakehouse currently in the final stages of fit-out and approvals ahead of its much-anticipated launch.
Born from a long-held dream to create a small, rustic country-style bakehouse, the project has been shaped by a family with a deep love of home baking. What started as baking at home has grown into a shared vision for a farmgate-style bakery that celebrates simplicity, quality and community connection.
The menu will feature handmade artisan baked goods including slow-fermented sourdough breads, flaky pastries, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, cookies and sweet treats, alongside quality coffee.
Everything is made in small batches, staying true to the team’s home-baking roots and their belief in simple food done well.
As a family-owned business, the team says the journey to opening has been fuelled by passion, patience and strong community support.
They’re now looking forward to finally sharing the space they’ve poured their vision into, a local gathering point.
More than just a bakery, Little Valley Bakehouse aims to become a local favourite for both Swan Valley residents and visitors exploring the region.
