There’s always something new and exciting popping up in the Margaret River region, and this time, it’s a traditional Italian bottega with a twist.

Margaret River Bottega is a cosy local space centred around food and connection, pouring coffee, baking fresh goods and stocking a range of specialty deli and pantry items.

It’s the latest venture from the team behind South West Bottega, bringing their signature mix of quality produce and warm hospitality to Margaret River, in collaboration with Krissini.

Located within the Doust’s Corner precinct, the all-day spot is inspired by Italian food culture, with a focus on local produce and relaxed, casual dining.

It’s the kind of place where you can pick up a freshly baked baguette, meet friends for coffee, or grab a ready-made meal for an easy family dinner.

The onsite bakery is turning out pastries like almond croissants and danishes, alongside muffins and a delicious chocolate cake. You’ll also find everything you need to build your own charcuterie platter, from prosciutto and cheeses to fresh focaccia.

The quirky space is full of character, with coffee bags hanging from the ceiling, Italian wallpaper, vintage lamps and furniture, enormous floor rugs and cosy corners to settle into.

When the weather’s good, the green lawn and playground make it an ideal picnic spot, with plenty of room for kids and dogs to roam. There’s also indoor seating and a deck perfect for lounging and taking in the surroundings.

Alongside the in-house offering, Krissini Margaret River brings its signature breadsticks in flavours like Australian Native and premium Kalamata olive, with pantry staples such as risotto rice and quality pasta also available to take home.

Whether you’re settling in for a slow morning or picking up supplies for a South West getaway, Margaret River Bottega is a go-to stop on your next Margaret River road trip.

Margaret River Bottega is located at Doust’s Corner on Andrews Way, just a five-minute drive from the town centre. It’s open Thursday to Tuesday, from 7am to 5pm.
