Get ready for four days of music, community and small-town magic, as Nannup Music Festival returns to WA’s South West from 27 February to 2 March 2026.

Now in its 37th year, this much-loved event transforms the tiny timber town of Nannup into a hub of creativity, culture and connection. Presented by The Nannup Music Club Inc, the festival has evolved from volunteer-driven gatherings in 1990 into one of regional WA’s most celebrated cultural experiences, drawing thousands to its forest-lined streets each year.

Across the long weekend, more than 100 performances will spill across eight stages, featuring artists such as Steve Poltz, Emily Lubitz, Elephant Sessions, Eleanor Jawurlngali Dixon and A.C Saunders. From intimate, ticketed amphitheatre shows to free pop-up performances around town, there’s always a new favourite waiting to be discovered.

The festival’s Emerging Artists Award continues to spotlight rising musicians, alongside a proud program of Indigenous artists and storytellers.

Beyond the stages, the program includes workshops, poetry, talks, artisan markets, kids’ activities, and food stalls supported by more than 450 volunteers. Sustainability sits at the heart of it all, from BYO water bottles and wash stations to reusable serve ware and single-use-plastic-free practices woven through the program.

Accommodation fills fast, so early planning is essential for a seamless weekend. Options range from festival camping and glamping to nearby caravan parks, cottages and B&Bs, many within walking distance of the Amphitheatre.

When you’re not catching a set, wander the town’s cafés and craft stores, stroll along the Blackwood River, or cool off at a local swimming hole.

Tickets are available online, with options for weekend passes and glamping options. Nannup is located approximately 2 hours 45 minutes from Perth.
