There's now an easier way to request Roadside Assistance when you need it most.
RAC has launched Digital Roadside Assistance, allowing members to request breakdown support online in just a few clicks.
Instead of waiting on the phone, members can lodge a request through the RAC website, accurately share their location using a GPS pin and get the right help on its way sooner.
The new digital option is designed to make stressful breakdowns easier to manage, whether you're at work, in a noisy location or just prefer not to make a phone call.
Members can still call RAC for Roadside Assistance as they always have, with the digital service offering an additional way to request help.
Early feedback from members has been positive, with many describing the online process as "super easy", "straightforward", "streamlined" and "way quicker than calling".
Digital Roadside Assistance is currently available to existing RAC members in the Perth metropolitan area.
Request it online via the RAC website.
