We’re making it even easier for our northern suburbs members to access RAC’s expert travel and member services — all in one convenient, upgraded location.
Opening 4 August, our brand-new RAC Member Service Centre and Travel Centre at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre will offer a bigger, more modern space at 420 Joondalup Drive (ground floor near the post office).
As part of this transition:
- The RAC Dianella Member Service Centre will close on 31 July.
- The Dianella Travel Centre will continue to offer services until 18 October.
- The standalone Joondalup Travel Centre will also close on 31 July, as we consolidate into our new purpose-built location at Lakeside Joondalup.
For members who normally visit Dianella, the nearest branch is our West Perth Member and Travel Centre at 832 Wellington Street, with free parking available for RAC members right out front.

- New combined RAC Member Service Centre & Travel branch opens at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre (Shop T137, near the post office)

- Dianella Travel store closes
The new branch is located at Shop T137, Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, on the ground floor near the post office. It will offer both Member Services and Travel Services in one convenient location.
Yes. RAC branches in West Perth and Carousel will continue to support members in inner-city and southern suburbs.
The new location provides:
- A larger, upgraded space
- Improved service and convenience
- Better coverage for Perth’s northern corridor
- Modern, purpose-built facilities
