Your Eftpos reward will be emailed to the address provided at the time of joining HCF. These will be sent up to 12 weeks after your first payment is made, directly from HCF. If you are experiencing issues or not received your email 12 weeks after the promotion ending, please email email@example.com with your HCF membership number.

Rest assured that no sensitive or claims information will be disclosed by HCF, in accordance with the Privacy Laws. The only information that will be shared is your generic details that RAC also holds on file to maintain your membership. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of becoming a HCF member, you are also agreeing to your information being disclosed between both parties.

Extras claims can be processed by;
- on the spot with providers who utilise the HICAPS system
- submitting a photo of your claim quickly and easily via the HCF app
- visiting an HCF kiosk
- downloading a claim form and send via post
