Our pet insurance will give you
Illness and injury cover
We’ll cover up to 80% of eligible vet costs with an annual limit of $12,000 per period of insurance. Waiting periods apply.
Emergency boarding costs
We’ll cover up to $1000 annually to board your pet at a licenced facility if you are admitted to a hospital for 5 or more consecutive days.
There’s no excess to pay when you make this claim.
Existing members can save up to 10%
Our pet insurance includes savings for existing members. Bronze members save 5%, Silver members save 7.5%, Gold and Gold life members save 10%.
Euthanasia costs
We‘ll cover up to 80% of approved vet costs to euthanise your pet if a vet decides it’s essential.
Pet abroad
We extend the cover we give you in Australia to cover your pet when it’s with you in New Zealand or Norfolk Island.
Tender Loving Care (TLC) Benefit (Optional Extra)
We pay up to $100 per year for your pet to receive certain preventative healthcare treatments. For example, we’ll reimburse the cost to vaccinate your pet or for food prescribed by your vet.
No excess applies with TLC.
Pet Insurance Waiver Form
You can ask us to waive your pet’s pre-existing conditions, or waive our related waiting periods by completing one of the two forms.
