How do I redeem?
Existing customers
If you are a current Strata Town customer all you need to do is:
Login to your Town Square account
Click on the ‘ME’ button at the top-right of the screen, and select ‘REWARDS’
Enter your valid RAC membership number
Nominate a bank account for your quarterly reimbursement, and save your details
Strata Town will take care of the rest and your strata management fee discount will be reimbursed after your next invoice is paid.

Each RAC member is entitled to 15% discount off the standard “Strata Management Fee” component for one (1) property (lot) only.
Valid for Strata Town clients with a valid, executed Management Agreement who connect their current RAC membership to “Town Square” at least 14 days prior to the issuing of their next levy/invoice. Discount is not retrospective. Reimbursement amount will be deposited into the nominated bank account quarterly and may not align with strata schemes levy payments.
Private owners only (not valid for corporations, partnerships, trusts or any other non-private entity)
Property owner name (as per “Certificate of Title”) must match valid RAC membership records. Not valid with any other special offer or discount.
