“Australia’s Best Cars judges test more than 150 new cars annually to ensure consumers can make the right decision when it comes to buying a new car,” Mr Forrest said.
“Each finalist must score consistently well across a stringent set of criteria including handling and design, value for money and on the road performance.
“Australia’s Best Cars seeks to influence the new car market by challenging manufacturers to continually improve in the areas of safety, fuel efficiency and affordability.”
The winners were announced today in conjunction with the other motoring clubs from across Australia.
“Today’s winners and each of the finalists, can be rightly proud, not only of their achievement in the program, but also of the quality of the products they are offering Australians,” Mr Forrest said.
“A win in any of the Australia's Best Cars categories is a huge achievement.”
