How does it work?

  1. Click 'Join now' to step through a series of onboarding questions to join RAC's Digital Experience Testing community within the UserTesting platform
  2. Once set up, receive email notifications when new tests and research sessions are available
  3. Answer the screening questions to match with test opportunities*
  4. Share your thoughts via tests you match with to help us improve our products, services, and experiences.
  5. Earn $4USD for every 5-minutes test, $10 USD for every 20-minute test and between $30 USD to $120 USD for live interviews. Receive your payment from UserTesting via PayPal 7 days after completing your test/research session. Find out more about UserTesting's requirements and payments.

* Please note some studies require members to meet specific criteria (e.g. age, location, product holding, etc.) so don't be disheartened if you don't match for a test now and again.
