Call us immediately to speak to a consultant 24/7.

If you need Roadside Assistance within 48 hours of joining, there's a join-on-road fee of $200 as well as the relevant product fee.

Step 2

We'll ask you a few questions about the type of breakdown and your location. We'll then identify and send one of our trained mechanics to your rescue.

Step 3

Do the following to ensure you stay safe while waiting for roadside assistance:

  • Turn on your hazard lights
  • Stand clear of all traffic, ideally behind a safety barrier if there is one
  • Make sure you're facing oncoming traffic and stay calm
