What is ADAS and why it matters

ADAS stands for advanced driver assistance systems. Most modern vehicles are equipped with ADAS technologies, which automate certain driving tasks to reduce human error.

When ADAS is working correctly, it acts as a second set of eyes, protecting what matters most: the safety of you, your loved ones and everyone sharing the road. But if they’re not calibrated, these systems can malfunction when you need them most.

When you may need ADAS calibration

Has your vehicle recently had a service or repair? Or is it due for maintenance soon?

Vehicle checks, changes and repairs can disrupt your ADAS cameras, sensors or radars. ADAS calibration helps ensure these systems work correctly. It’s often added onto services like:

  • Wheel alignment
  • Windscreen replacement
  • Suspension or steering repairs
  • Tyre size changes
  • Accessory additions
  • Collision damage or repairs
