How it works
Step 1
Call us immediately to speak to a consultant 24/7.
Deaf, hearing or speech impaired members
Contact us through the National Relay Service via accesshub.gov.au (opens in a new window), stating you want to contact the RAC on 13 11 11.
Step 2
We'll ask you a few questions about the type of breakdown and your location. We'll then identify and send one of our trained mechanics to your rescue.
Don't have Roadside Assistance? We'll sign you up over the phone and you'll be asked to pay the relevant fees (see below) by credit/debit card. A 48 hour waiting period applies to some benefits, please refer to the Roadside Assistance Entitlements for more information.
