How are batteries recycled?
You can recycle your old lead-acid batteries by dropping them into any RAC Auto Services Centre to be passed on for recycling. We will then pass your battery on to a licenced recycling facility. We want to see WA’s battery recycling rate at 100 per cent, to keep old batteries out of landfill and reduce any impacts on our environment.
