How do I view or track a claim for car insurance?
Once you’ve made a claim, you can log in to myRAC at any time to check the status of your claim.
Step 1: Log in to myRAC
Log in to myRAC. If you don’t already have a myRAC account, you’ll need to register first.
Step 2: Select ‘Track your claim’
Find your policy and select Track your claim.
Step 3: Tracking your claim
Now you can view the details of your claim and check on its progress. Or select Upload supporting documents if that’s what you wish to do.
