How do I send supporting documents to the claims team?

If you have been asked to supply supporting documentation for your claim, you can send it one of the following ways:

Email: claims@rac.com.au
Mail: RAC Claims, GPO Box C140, Perth WA 6839

Please clearly mark your claim number in your email and on all documents.

What are the opening hours and contact numbers for the claims team?

Claims are processed through our West Perth claims team. You can contact them on 13 17 03, seven days a week, from 7am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturday, Sunday and all public holidays (except Christmas and Boxing Day).

For emergency claims outside of our operating hours, please contact us on 13 17 03 for our emergency after-hours service.
