Can I cancel my Rewards membership at any time?
Unfortunately, not. Part of being a mutual organisation means that Rewards membership is a minimum 12-month contract. After 12 months we will email you a renewal statement and you may choose to cancel or extend for another 12 months. If you do decide to cancel your Rewards membership, you'll need to pay for the remainder of your current term.
