We’re changing the way we manage myRAC accounts to further improve the security and privacy of our member's data.
As part of the change, we’re encouraging members to verify their login details, by Saturday 19th June 2021, simply by logging in to myRAC.
If you don't manage to login before the above date, no need to worry, you'll just need to go through a short one time only registration process. Once you re-register, all your existing policies and information will be there like before.
No, all your RAC products and services will remain unchanged.

Yes, you can. To update your log-in address:
This is your email for logging in only. You may also wish to change your contact email.
You can make several changes online to your home, motor and other insurance policies held in your name plus having the option to change your banking details, update your collection date and renew your home or motor policy with a few simple clicks.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Due to privacy restrictions an online account can only be in a single individual's name. Any joint policies or accounts will be visible from both parties myRAC accounts.
