How do I reschedule my next insurance policy payment?

If you need to reschedule your next payment all you have to do is let us know what date you would like to change it to. This can be done online following the steps below.

Step 1: Log in to myRAC

Log in to myRAC. If you don’t already have a myRAC account, you'll need to register first.

Step 2: Select ‘Manage my policy’

Find your policy. Select Manage. Then select Manage my policy.

Step 3: Select ‘Reschedule my next payment’

Choose the home policy you wish to reschedule the next payment for and select Reschedule my next payment.

Step 4: Change the payment date

Choose a new date for your payments. Then select Confirm.
