Rest assured that no sensitive or claims information will be disclosed by HCF, in accordance with the Privacy Laws. The only information that will be shared is your generic details that RAC also holds on file to maintain your membership. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of becoming a HCF member, you are also agreeing to your information being disclosed between both parties.
Yes – you can contact HCF service on 1800 649 422, 7 days a week, to discuss your current policy and obtain a quote to join the HCF plan. They will advise you on the comparable level of cover in the HCF range, to assist you in determining the best product for your needs.
Your Eftpos reward will be emailed to the address provided at the time of joining HCF. These will be sent up to 12 weeks after your first payment is made, directly from HCF. If you are experiencing issues or not received your email 12 weeks after the promotion ending, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your HCF membership number.
