Vouchers purchased from the RAC are not your ticket and can be used to book your journey directly through the below ferry providers.

How do I redeem?
Simply present your pre-purchased voucher at Rottnest Express, Rottnest Fast Ferries or Sealink or book online. This voucher entitles the holder to one same day return ferry ticket and can be upgraded to an extended stay which is paid directly to the operator on the day of departure or by calling the operator direct.

Expiry: Vouchers will have between 4 and 6 months validity from date of purchase. This voucher entitles the holder to one same day return ferry ticket. Please Note: This is NOT your ferry ticket Voucher holder must present voucher at the ticket counter to exchange for a boarding pass.
Bookings are essential prior to travel (subject to availability). Voucher can be used to book online here or call 1300 467 688. This voucher entitles the holder to one same day return ferry ticket.
Upgrade to an extended stay: An additional charge (small fee, confirm with operator) is payable directly to the operator on day of departure. Tickets are not valid on New Years Eve and special events eg Channel Swim. ^Credit card and other fees and charges may apply to online shop purchases. When using tickets or vouchers purchased from the RAC to book online via supplier websites, booking fees may apply.
Family vouchers must be used in one transaction and on same ferry booking.

Ticket Expiry: Your voucher will be valid for approximately 4 - 6 months from date of purchase.
Your Ticket: To book your ferry, please email your e-vouchers through to reservations@rottnestfastferries.com.au along with: Your contact name and phone number, Number of passengers (including how many each of adult/ child/ concession), Preferred travel dates and times (timetable can be found here), Your post code, Any additional items you would like to book, including bikes and luggage delivery. You will then receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your booking.
Conditions: Child ticket applies for ages 4 to 12 years. This voucher entitles the holder to one same day return ferry ticket.To upgrade to extended return, a small additional charge is payable. This additional charge is a government tax and landing fee and is paid directly to the operator on day of departure. Please Note: Your Voucher is NOT your ferry ticket.
