These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the customer ("you") and RACWA Holdings Pty Limited, ABN 60 008 985 877 ("RAC"), 832 Wellington Street, West Perth, WA 6005.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order through the RAC Online Shop. By completing and submitting the customer order form online, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Price

  • RAC reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.
  • Once an order has been submitted online it cannot be cancelled. If RAC cannot accept payment from your credit card the order will not be processed and you will not be contacted.
  • A receipt will automatically be provided for your records. Your payment for purchases on the RAC Online Shop will appear as Neat Tickets PTY LTD on your statement from your financial institution.
  • For all posted orders, a copy of your order request will also be sent to the address you provided. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
  • Gift card value is pre-loaded on to the card and ready to use upon receipt. Please treat the gift cards as cash.
  • Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier listed below.
  • Refunds, exchanges or replacements are not offered for lost, stolen, damaged or unused gift cards or vouchers.
  • Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases or if an incorrect choice is made.

Delivery

  • Unless stated otherwise, you must pay for delivery in addition to the price of the goods, as shown on the website when you complete your order.
  • Delivery will be made by regular post and is available in Australia only. RAC is unable to accept liability if the delivery of your goods is late or if stock is not available in time for scheduled delivery. Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 working days from the date of purchase.
  • If you purchase an eVoucher, details on how to download your eVoucher will be sent to the email address you provide. eVouchers may be either printed prior to use or some suppliers will accept eVouchers on a mobile device unless stated in product description. Please check the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • Orders made from the RAC Online Shop cannot be collected from an RAC Member Service Centre.
  • Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address. RAC takes no responsibility for incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by you. Replacement of lost gift cards is your responsibility.
  • All goods featured on the RAC Online Shop have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available at the time of the sale. Orders are not available should an item not be available. Should an item not be available you will be advised and your order will be refunded or an alternate product supplied.
  • RAC warrants that the goods are fit for their usual purpose, are merchantable and meet any description RAC has provided.  All other warranties, guarantees and representations, except for those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RAC excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms and conditions (including this clause) is intended to limit or exclude the rights any person has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  • RAC reserves the right not to sell certain goods to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain goods is restricted or prohibited.
  • Select RAC Member Service Centres stock maps & guides, or kiosks from which a range of Online Shop products can be purchased. Please call 13 17 03 for details of your closest Member Service Centre with a kiosk. Please note not all items in the RAC Online Shop are available at RAC Member Service Centres.
  • RAC reserves the right to refuse a sale at anytime without reason.

  • Products purchased via this website that are not used or redeemed before the expiry date will be invalid and no refund or extension of time will be available.
  • You consent to your personal information collected via the RAC Online Shop being entered into a database for future marketing or promotional activities. You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your order is accurate, complete and up to date.

Woolworths WISH Gift Card

  • Card purchases are limited a maximum value of $2,000 per member per day from Member Service Centres Denominations available are $100 WISH Gift Cards or $250 WISH Gift Cards.
  • Please check the expiry date of the gift card you receive from Member Service Centres. Expiry of WISH Gift Cards can be expected to be between 6-12 months once received.

  • RAC Online Shop Woolworths WISH Gift Cards have flexible amounts available from  $5-$500. Financial transaction is with Woolworths Money.
  • RAC members save 5% on WISH Gift Cards.

Movie Tickets

  • All movie voucher prices are inclusive of GST.
  • Expiry of posted movie vouchers can be expected to be between 2-6 months once received unless stated otherwise. Expiry of electronic movie eVouchers can be expected to be between 2 – 6 months once received unless stated otherwise.
  • eVouchers must be printed prior to use unless stated otherwise.
  • We do not guarantee that eVouchers or posted movie vouchers will be received within a specific timeframe. Due to circumstances outside of our control, delays may occur. You are reminded that eVouchers and posted movie vouchers are valid for between 2 and 6 months.
  • Discounts do not apply on presentation of RAC Membership cards at any movie theatre or cinema.
  • Vouchers are subject to individual terms and conditions of use.

Adventure World

  • *2% credit card fee applies to Adventure World day passes purchased via the RAC Online Shop or kiosks located at Carousel, Morley, West Perth Member Service Centres and Joondalup Travel. Day passes must be pre-purchased. RAC Member cards cannot be shown at entry of Adventure World, pre-purchased passes must be printed out and presented.

Rottnest Island Ferry Vouchers

Rottnest Express:
  • Departs From: Fremantle Central – B Shed at Victoria Quay North Fremantle – 1 Emma Place, Northport
  • Expiry: Vouchers will have between 6 and 10 months validity from date of purchase. This voucher entitles the holder to one same day return ferry voucher.
  • This is NOT your ferry ticket. Voucher holder must present voucher at the voucher counter to exchange for a boarding pass.
  • Bookings are essential prior to travel (subject to availability). Voucher can be used to book online at www.rottnestexpress.com.au/redeem or call 1300 467 688. This voucher entitles the holder to one same day return ferry voucher.
  • Upgrade to an extended stay: An additional charge of approx. $9.00 is payable directly to the operator on day of departure.

    • Your contact name and phone number
    • Number of passengers (including how many each of adult/ child/ concession)

    • Any additional items you would like to book, including bikes and luggage delivery. You will then receive a confirmation email with all of the details of your booking.
  • Child voucher applies for ages 4 to 12 years.

FAQs: GENERAL

What happens if my gift card or voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or goes unused?

Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for lost, stolen, damaged or unused gift cards or vouchers. Gift cards are preloaded with value, and as such, should be treated as cash.

What if I change my mind after I have placed an order online?

Unfortunately your purchase cannot be cancelled. We ask that you are sure of your intended purchase before proceeding to order. Successful completion of payment for your order will be deemed as acceptance that you have wholly and completely reviewed your order and understand the terms & conditions relevant to the products you have chosen.

Can I exchange my gift card or voucher for cash?

No. Vouchers and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

Can I pick up my online order from an RAC Member Service Centre?

No. All online orders can only be received by post or email if eVoucher/voucher selected.

How will my purchase be delivered?

Delivery will be by regular post. Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 working days from the date of purchase online. All orders that need to be posted also have an option to have Registered Post selected for additional security and tracking, any order over the value of $100 will automatically be assigned Registered Post. If regular post is not your preferred option, or you require a gift card or voucher earlier than the expected delivery date, please visit an RAC Member Service Centre*. Not all items in the online shop are available in Member Service Centres.

If I buy an eVoucher can I download it to my phone and use this instead of printing the voucher?

Should you purchase an eVoucher, your voucher will be emailed to you. You will need to print this voucher prior to using it unless stated in product description that voucher may be presented on smart phone or mobile device.

Will I receive a receipt after placing an order online?

A receipt will automatically be provided for you to print for your records. If you purchase an eVoucher this receipt is not your eVoucher. Your receipt or order confirmation will not be accepted at venues in lieu of your eVoucher. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your eVoucher to be emailed to you and up to 12 hours for Woolworths WISH eGift Cards.

All purchases via the RAC Online Shop will be processed by Neat Vouchers Pty Ltd unless ordering Woolworths WISH Gift Cards.

Can I order gift cards, movie vouchers or maps by post, phone, email or fax?

Gift cards and movie vouchers are only available online through the RAC website. Maps can be obtained by visiting an RAC Member Service Centre*.

About the Card

What is a Woolworths WISH Gift Card?

The Woolworths WISH Gift Card is a brand of gift cards issued by Woolworths Money. The gift card can be used at a range of participating retailers. Please visit https://everydaygiftcards.com.au/ for participating stores.

The WISH Gift Cards can be used at the online stores of the participating retailers, if applicable.

How many orders can I place?

Members can place one order per day to a maximum value of $2,000 from Member Service Centres. Members can also make purchases via RAC Online Shop through the Woolworths Money Portal. Members may select any quantity and denomination from $5-$500.

When do the Woolworths WISH Gift Cards expire?

The WISH Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date the RAC purchases them from Woolworths Limited. Remaining card validity sent to members can range between 6 months to 12 months. Members purchasing WISH Gift Cards via the RAC Online Shop will have an expiry date 12 months from date of issue.

Can I just show my RAC membership card at the participating retailers to receive the discount?

No. Members must pre-purchase the discounted Woolworths WISH Gift Cards online from the RAC website or through an RAC Member Service Centre. These can then be used as a form of payment when purchasing at participating stores.

Can I withdraw money from my Woolworths WISH Gift Card?

No, you cannot withdraw money from the card.

Is GST included in the price of the WISH Gift Card?

GST does not apply on the purchase of the card however GST applies on the purchase of goods when using the WISH Gift Card for payment.

What if my card gets damaged?

If your card is damaged you need to contact Woolworths Money to organise a replacement.

How to use the card

How do I activate my card?

The Woolworths WISH Gift Cards have already been activated and ready for use.

How do I use the Woolworths WISH Gift Card?

When making a purchase in participating stores, simply present the Woolworths WISH Gift Card at time of purchase. The purchase amount will then be deducted from the balance of the Woolworths WISH Gift Card. If the purchase exceeds the balance on the Woolworths WISH Gift Card you will need to pay the difference.

What do I do if the WISH Gift Card is swiped in the EFTPOS terminal and a message stating 'Bad Read' appears?

It may be the magnetic strip on the rear of the card that has become demagnetised. To arrange a replacement card contact Woolworths Money.

Can I check the balance that is left on the WISH Gift Cards?

Yes, you can go online, call 1300 665 249, visit a Woolworths store or download the Woolworths Money App available on iTunes App Store and Google Play.

Can I top up credit onto the Woolworths WISH Gift Card?

No. The used card must be discarded and a new gift card will have to be purchased.

What happens if I do not spend all the whole value of the Woolworths WISH Gift Card in one transaction?

Not a problem, the value of the purchase will simply be deducted from the value of the card, leaving the remaining balance for use for a later date.

Can I still use the 4-cent shop-a-docket and still pay for my fuel with the Woolworths WISH Gift Card?

Members get 5% off the WISH Gift Card from the RAC. The card can then be used as a payment method in conjunction with the 4-cent shop-a-docket.

Can I use more than one Woolworths WISH Gift Card in one purchase?

Yes, in the majority of participating stores more than one Woolworths WISH Gift Card can be used.

FAQs: Discounted Movie Vouchers

About the Vouchers

What are the discounted Movie Vouchers?

The RAC Online Shop carries a range of discounted movie eVouchers valid at various cinemas. Purchased vouchers can only be used at venues belonging to that specific cinema chain and in most cases are valid for use throughout Australia

How many orders can I place?

Members can log into the RAC Online Shop and place as many orders as they like with a maximum of 20 vouchers per transaction.

Are there restrictions on when I can use the Movie Vouchers?

Yes, eVouchers have a number of different options available. Any applicable restrictions are outlined in the terms and conditions for each product. Please read these carefully prior to purchase.

Do all the cinemas accept the Movie Vouchers?

Each cinema chain only accepts their brand vouchers. Please ensure you carefully read the terms and conditions of each voucher prior to purchase to be sure the cinema you intend to visit accepts the vouchers you wish to purchase.

When do the Movie Vouchers expire?

Posted movie vouchers expire 2-6 months from the date the RAC purchases them from the cinemas. Remaining validity on physical vouchers issued to Members may range between 2 months to 6 months.
Movie eVouchers generally have between 2-6 months validity from date of purchase.

If I buy an eVoucher can I download it to my phone and use this instead of printing the voucher?

Hoyts and Events cinemas will accept eVouchers presented on mobile devices. Other cinemas require that the eVoucher is clearly printed and presented to the box office. Please check product details as these details may change.

Can I just show my RAC membership card to receive the discount at the cinema?

No. Members must pre-purchase the discounted movie vouchers online via the RAC website or through an RAC Member Service Centre.

What if I want to see a movie in 3D or VMax? 

A surcharge applies at the cinema or online to upgrade to see a movie in 3D or Vmax.

Is GST included in the price of the Movie Voucher?

Yes, GST is included.

How do I use the Movie Voucher?

Once a movie voucher has been pre-purchased from the RAC, it can be used to make an online booking via the website of the respective cinema by entering the vouchers barcode and pin. Alternatively the voucher or eVoucher can be presented directly to the box office.

Important information regarding minimum purchase for Event and Village Cinema Vouchers

Event and Village Cinemas Vouchers Information

Valid Nationally

We have been able to get two of our favourite cinemas to join forces and have their vouchers valid across all their cinemas nationally. So now these Vouchers will be valid at all Event, Village, Greater Union and Birch Carroll & Coyle Cinemas.

Physical Vouchers Minimum Purchase

We will continue to sell our physical Vouchers that we Mailout as individual Vouchers. So you can buy 1 on its own or you can buy any number, the choice is yours!

Digital Cinema Vouchers Minimum Purchase

The good news continues with digital downloadable Vouchers.
The rule for Event and Village Cinemas digital Vouchers is has always been that you must be a minimum of 4 Vouchers of each type.

We’ve managed to convince them to remove that rule and allow you to buy a minimum of 4 that consists of any downloadable voucher. 

So for example if you needed 2 Adults and 2 Children Vouchers: 
Before: the rule was you had to buy 4 Adult and 4 Child Vouchers :-( 
Now: You can buy the 2 Adult vouchers and 2 children and save your money for another day! :-D

Digital Candy Bar Vouchers Minimum Purchase

Candy Bar vouchers purchases must be accompanied by a cinema voucher purchase.

So for example:
You cannot buy 1 Adult cinema voucher and 3 Candy Bar vouchers.
You can buy 2 Adult cinema vouchers and 2 Candy Bar vouchers.
You can buy 2 Adults and 1 Child cinema vouchers and 1 Candy Bar voucher. 

RAC Online Shop other fees and charges

2% credit card fee applies to online shop purchases excluding gift cards. The grand total will be displayed on the checkout page when you have selected the delivery method for your order. When using vouchers or vouchers purchased from the RAC Online Shop to book online via supplier websites, booking fees may apply.

Delivery of evouchers

My vouchers have not arrived, where are they?

Please allow up to 30 mins to receive your eVoucher, although at times of peak demand this may be longer). If you have received your confirmation but not your e-vouchers please check your junk /spam folder, and that the information you entered was correct.

About the vouchers

What do I get with Rottnest Island ferry vouchers?

Escape to the island and save with heavily discounted Rottnest Express and Rottnest Fast Ferries vouchers. Vouchers purchased from the RAC are not your voucher and can be used to book your journey directly through the ferry providers.  The available vouchers are same day return.

Can I extend my return from Rottnest Island?

Yes you can extend your return date for a small fee, which is the government tax and landing fee. This is paid directly to the operator on the day of departure or by calling the operator direct.

Do the vouchers have expiry dates?

Expiry of Rottnest Ferry vouchers can be expected to be between 4 – 10 months once received unless stated otherwise.

Can my Voucher be refunded or exchanged?

Are there age restrictions on Children’s vouchers?

Yes, for both Rottnest Express and Rottnest Fast Ferries people who use a Child’s voucher must be between 4-12 years old.

Can I split my Family voucher and use it on different occasions?

No, Family vouchers must be used in one transaction and on same ferry booking.

National Park Passes 

How do I use the National Park Pass?

Members may purchase one National Park Pass per year per membership from the RAC Online Shop, Park Passes can simply be displayed on the dash of your selected vehicle.

Change of date on pass

Park Pass dates cannot be extended from the original date selected.

Need a new vehicle added to Park Pass
