RAC Pet Insurance is underwritten by RACQ and all claims will be managed by them.

Please check the Combined PDS and FSG before you make a claim.

Please note: You must pay the vet treatment cost first and then claim reimbursement from RACQ. RACQ do not make direct payment to your vet.

If this is your first claim with RACQ, they will contact your current and previous vet to obtain and review your pet’s full vet treatment history. Additional treatment notes are required to be provided for each illness or injury claim that is submitted.
