- Save time – you can easily renew your insurance directly from the renewal email.
- Save paper – your renewal information will be included in the email.
Whether you want to consolidate your payments so they come from one bank account or use separate bank accounts or cards for each policy, you can update your payment details anytime.
Important: Following these steps will only update your payment details for the policy you selected. You may also need to update your other policies with these new details.
You can renew your cover by visiting the Make a payment page and renewing with your policy number. You can update your excess and sum insured before renewing by logging in to myRAC.
You can cancel your home, car and most other insurance policies in myRAC.
If you need to cancel:
- Travel insurance, call us on 1300 655 179
- Health insurance, call HCF on 1800 649 422 and select option 1
- Small business insurance, call VIZ on 1300 850 491
