RAC Travel & Cruise Expo

Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made at the Travel Expo event and within seven (7) days following the event (“Promotion Period”).

Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $100 per person must be paid on the day of the Travel Expo to secure the special Expo Offers and to qualify for entry into the Major Prize Draw. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final payment dates will be advised at the time of booking and must be adhered to in order to retain your booking and promotional offer. Additional supplier-specific deposits may apply.

Expo Deals
Expo deals, discounts, and special offers are valid only on the day of the event and for seven (7) days following the Expo. Offers and airfares are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change without notice. Standard pricing and terms will apply after the Promotional Period.

Prize Draw
Attendees who pay a deposit on the day of the Travel Expo are automatically entered into the Major Prize Draw. One entry is allocated per booking, regardless of the number of travellers booked. No minimum booking amount is required. The Major Prizes consist of the $10,000 RAC Travel Voucher and the Mekong Cruise with APT. RAC Travel Voucher: The prize must be used within 12 months and redeemed exclusively with RAC Travel. Mekong Cruise T&Cs:

1. Prize is for two people on an 8 Day Mekong River cruise with APT (Category E Deluxe Twin Balcony Suite), tour code VEM08/VEMR08.
2. It is valid for travel between 21 July 2026 and 20 April 2027.
3. Bookings must be made by 31 August 2026. Booking will be accepted subject to cruise availability. The Company reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/ or itineraries. The prize may not be available during blackout dates, school holidays, embargo periods, high season and is subject to availability.
4. The prize is not transferable or refundable and must be utilised in one transaction. No cash refund or reimbursement allowed if the cruise is not utilised.
5. Some expenses are not included in the prize and will be at your own cost. These include but are not limited to; airfares, pre-cruise/post-cruise accommodation, high-season surcharges, cabin upgrades, meals not specified in the chosen trip itinerary, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to arrange any visas and ensure passports are valid.
6. Once booked, cancellation and change fees may apply if date changes are made.
7. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel as it is not included. A good level of health and fitness is required to participate on our holiday packages and we ask you advise any medical conditions at the time of booking.

9. Presentation of this voucher is required at time of booking.

The winners will be drawn at the end of the event day. Entrants are not required to be present at the time of the draw. The winner’s full name will be displayed on-screen at the event and notified the following Monday. Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

Cancellations and Changes
If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited. Any changes to bookings are subject to availability, supplier terms, and applicable amendment fees. 6. General Conditions All travel arrangements are subject to supplier terms and conditions, including airlines, tour operators, and accommodation providers. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

1. Expo Deposit
   A deposit of $100 per person is required to secure participation in the Travel Expo promotion. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and is payable at the Travel Expo.


2. Deposit Validity
   The Expo deposit will be held on file and applied to a future booking for a period of up to two (2) years from the date of payment. If the deposit is not used within this period, it will expire and will not be refundable or transferable.


3. Eligible Bookings
   The Expo deposit may be applied toward land tours or cruise bookings only made through RAC Travel and Cruise.


4. Cashback Offer
   Eligible bookings will receive the following cashback:
• $250 cashback on any land tour or cruise booking valued at $5,000 – $9,999 per booking.
• $500 cashback on any land tour or cruise booking valued at $10,000 or more per booking.


5. Cashback Conditions
   
   • Cashback is only applicable to land tour and cruise packages.
   • Cashback cannot be used toward airfares, travel insurance, international driving permits, visas, or any other travel-related services outside of the land or cruise package.
   • Cashback will be applied to the booking total at the time of final payment.
   • Cashback is not redeemable for cash.
   • This incentive is only for RAC Members only.
   
   
6. Booking Requirements
   
   • The Expo deposit must be applied to a confirmed booking made within the two-year validity period.
   • The booking must meet the minimum spend threshold to qualify for the relevant cashback offer.
   
   
7. Non-Transferability
   The Expo deposit and associated cashback offer are non-transferable and may only be used by the person(s) listed on the original deposit receipt, unless otherwise approved by the agency.


8. Combination with Other Offers
   The cashback promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or cashback deals, unless explicitly stated.


9. Changes and Cancellation
   Standard supplier booking conditions, cancellation fees, and amendment policies will apply to any bookings made using the Expo deposit.


10. Right to Amend
    The agency reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
